One day before I leave (EVEREST)

Just ran a 1/2 Marathon with my oldest daughter Christina. She did great. We did a breakfast buffet with the entire immediate family @ First Street Alehouse (my favorite restaurant.) Great sending off get together. You'll also notice that Brittany, my second oldest, had "climbing to the top of the world" shirts made for everyone.

After months of training I'm done. I fly out to Kathmandu late tomorrow. I have one stop in China and should arrive in Kathmandu Wednesday morning. I lose one day in travel.
